▶   Working principle of the equipment

this machine is double wrapping ,controlled by Ac motor through belt drive. Up and down lapping head has separate motor rotating, the wrapping reel can rotate left and right. Conductor through no 1,no 2 lapping head can realize single layer ,double layer wrapping. Wrapping the wrapping tape on the conductor can meet the need of different layer .Choose the package paper mould, wrapping belt type, width ,direction of wrapping according to the production process.After wearing the lead, adjust the belt tension according the belt width. The belt pitch can be adjusted by adjusting the tractor speed by touch screen. Such as increasing the belt overlap rate, can speed up or slowing the speed of the tractor.
